A small, accountable consultancy with one direct technical contact.
Corridor Utility Partners LLC is a Pennsylvania company delivering utility infrastructure consulting from the Netherlands to US engineering firms and contractors.
Founder — Yuliy Valenko
Yuliy started on PV installation crews in 2018, moved through work preparation and project execution, and from 2023 worked as a route engineer on high-voltage and medium-voltage cable projects: route design, variant studies, crossing strategies across a primary flood defence, detail engineering in constrained shopping streets, permits and stakeholder coordination with municipalities and water authorities, and the cost estimates that carried those decisions.
In 2026 he worked as systems engineer and risk manager on the major-maintenance program for the A2 and A6 highways (WBS design, phasing, Relatics-based requirements and risk management) and as engineer and automation advisor at a Dutch grid-engineering firm, where he runs low-voltage network calculations for a distribution system operator and builds design-verification and process-automation tooling in Python and JavaScript.
