1. Underground Utility & Route Engineering

Corridor and route studies for underground cable and duct systems: variant development, impact and cost comparison, crossing strategies (open trench versus horizontal directional drilling), constraints from existing utilities, flood defences, roads and rail, and the design notes that justify the chosen route to project boards and stakeholders.

2. Distribution Design Support

Production capacity for underground and overhead distribution work packages within your design standards and under the direction of your licensed engineer: routing, sections, material take-offs, constructability notes and drawing sets ready for internal review.

3. GIS / CAD Engineering Workflows

Turning GIS, survey, as-built and utility-locate data into design-ready inputs; AutoCAD-based drafting and automation; consistent handover between geospatial systems and design deliverables.

4. Constructability & Crossings

Design reviews from the perspective of the crew that has to build it: access for equipment, phasing, working space in constrained streets, protection of existing infrastructure, and the crossing details that most often cause field changes.

5. Technical Project / Interface Coordination

Coordination between design, owner, municipalities, permitting authorities and contractors; permit tracking, stakeholder constraints, interface registers and decision documentation.

6. Requirements, QA & V&V

Requirements structuring and traceability (systems-engineering practice from major infrastructure programs), verification of work packages against standards and client requirements, and structured QA records.

7. Engineering Automation & AI-Assisted Delivery

Automation of repetitive engineering steps — standards retrieval, design checks, data validation, document generation — with human technical review on every output. The goal is throughput and consistency for your team, not autonomous engineering.
