Professional engineering services

Corridor Utility Partners LLC provides engineering production and design support under the responsible charge of the client's licensed professional engineer. It does not offer services that require professional engineering licensure, and it does not sign or seal engineering documents. Services requiring professional engineering licensure, responsible charge, signing or sealing are performed only through appropriately licensed professionals or retained by the client's Engineer of Record, as applicable. Deliverables are prepared for review and approval by the client's licensed engineer or project authority.

Contracting

Engineering delivery services are provided only under a written agreement (master services agreement with statements of work, purchase order, or framework agreement) that defines scope, standards, review responsibilities, confidentiality, data handling, liability and insurance. No engagement arises from use of this website or from a contact request.

Confidentiality and data

Information you send through the contact form or by e-mail is treated as confidential and used only to respond to you. Client materials received under an agreement are handled as set out in that agreement and in our privacy notice.

These website terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.
